My research integrates an evolutionary perspective with comparative multi-omics to investigate how long-lived species maintain their exceptional genome and epigenome stability, a critical defense against cancer and aging.
My ultimate goal is to uncover the cross-species mechanisms driving this resistance and translate these insights into clinically innovative solutions for human health.
