[BI] Problematic regions and Mappability in genomic analysis

Hi, I'm Keun Hong, an evolutionary cancer biologist.
I am a PhD candidate in veterinary biomedical sciences at Seoul National University (the lab of Prof. Je-Yoel Cho). I have strong technical backgrounds in computational biology, and molecular & cell biology.
My research integrates evolutionary genomics and multi-omics approaches to unravel how tumors evolve, interact, and adapt across diverse animals. By uncovering cross-species and cross-breed mechanisms driving cancer vulnerability and resistance, my goal is to translate these insights into clinically innovative solutions.
